I believe that every child is a "capable learner" who sometimes needs a different set of keys to unlock the doors to success. Learning hurdles - whether they stem from anxiety, missed foundational skills or difficulties in literacy or numeracy skills, don’t define a child’s abilities, but rather just their current learning challenges - these are most often overcome.
My teaching style is warm, evidence-based, and highly adaptive. I don't believe in "one size fits all". Instead, I combine clinical insights (from my screening expertise) with engaging, multisensory lessons that keep students motivated. I see myself as a bridge between the classroom and the home, working alongside parents and teachers to advocate for their child’s unique needs.
Understanding the "why" behind a learning difference is half the battle. By combining assessments with ongoing tuition, we ensure the time spent in a session is targeted where it’s needed most.
Every child’s journey is different. Whether you need a weekly support session to boost your child’s literacy, or a more formal assessment to further understand your child's strengths and weaknesses, I’m here to help.
Let's develop a program to help your child flourish !
